Children's After-School Program
Embrace The Children (ETC) is an after-school program offered to children attending Winchester public schools (kindergarten-fifth grade). ETC operates Monday through Friday at each elementary school from school dismissal time until 6:00 p.m. ETC is open on teacher work days and designated holidays.
