Public Transportation

The Winchester public transit system operates throughout the city six days a week.

Bus Schedule

Monday though Friday, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Trolley Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Note: All routes begin and end from the bus stop on Cameron Street across from Rouss City Hall.

Fares

Adults $.50
Students $.35
Seniors with elderly bus pass $.25
Medicare or handicap card $.25
Children under 2 FREE

Handicap Accessibility

All city buses are also equipped with wheelchair lifts for the handicapped or mobility impaired.

A para transit service is also offered for individuals with a temporary or permanent disability that does not allow them to take advantage of the regular transit service.

The Winchester transit system does not operate on the following holidays and celebrations:

Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
