Responsible for the City's (approx. 500 FTE) centralized human resource functions, including payroll and benefits, as well as training and development. Advises City Manager and City Council on human resource matters, assists in the development of the City's operating budget, works in a consultative capacity with City departments on matters related to recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Bachelor's Degree in related field required, Master's Degree preferred, significant experience in HR required. $70,000-$100,000/yr.
