Human Resources Director Apply for this position Benefits Brochure	The City of Winchester is seeking a Human Resources Director. Responsible for the City's (approx. 500 FTE) centralized human resource functions, including payroll and benefits, as well as training and development. Advises City Manager and City Council on human resource matters, assists in the development of the City's operating budget, works in a consultative capacity with City departments on matters related to recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Bachelor's Degree in related field required, Master's Degree preferred, significant experience in HR required.	$70,000-$100,000/yr.

Lifeguards and Swim Instructors Apply for this position Benefits Brochure	Part-time. Day hours needed, but some night and weekend hours are also available. Lifeguards must have lifeguard training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Standard First Aid. Recreation Complex Attendant Apply for this position Benefits Brochure	Part-time to work in the Parks and Recreation Department. Position available would be for some early mornings and weekend hours totaling approximately 10 hours/week. Duties include: answering telephone inquiries, relaying information, basic computer use, providing excellent customer service to patrons, operation of cash registers, registering patrons for activities, ensuring safety rules and procedures are followed, preparation of deposit records, and supervision of facility. Requirements: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school, some work related experience in bookkeeping and/or customer service preferred, valid driver?s license.	$8.00 /hr.

Communication Specialist I Apply for this position Benefits Brochure	The City of Winchester is accepting applications for full-time Communications Specialist to dispatch Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services. Applicants must have: high school diploma or equivalent, computer experience, and be a non-tobacco user. General knowledge of communication systems preferred but not required. Successful candidate must pass a comprehensive background, polygraph, and psychological evaluation. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and holidays.
