Mr. Veach is a local small business owner, operating his State Farm Insurance Agency since 1991. He was elected to the Common Council in 2008 and re-elected in 2012. Mr. Veach was voted Vice-Mayor in 2013. Mr. Veach graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. Mr. Veach lives in Ward 1 with his wife and three children.

Mr. Wiley is the Business Development Manager for Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. and also an Associate Broker with OakCrest Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Wiley was elected to the Common Council in 2014 and voted Vice-President in 2015. Prior to being elected to City Council, Mr. Wiley served for five years on the Winchester Planning Commission and was Chairman for the last three years. Mr. McKannan is a civil law and transactional attorney, and the Managing Attorney of Kevin G. McKannan, P.L.C. His primary areas of concentration are real estate law, estate planning and business law. Mr. McKannan was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2009, the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia in October 2011, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia in October 2011. Mr. McKannan is also a commissioned officer with the Virginia Army National Guard and certified as a Judge Advocate.
