The Magic Lantern Theater will screen in October the critically acclaimed 2016 film documentary, “The Eagle Huntress” (G: 87 minutes). The film is set against the breath-taking Mongolian steppe and follows the 13-year old Aisholpan as she becomes the first female in generations to hunt with eagles. English narration; Kazah w/English subtitles.

The screening will take place at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, 901 Amherst St., Winchester at 4:30 p.m., Sunday, October 1. Doors open 30 minutes prior at both sites with refreshments available.
