Business Loan Programs Designed to Facilitate:
- Creating new permanent employment
- Retaining and expanding existing businesses
- Leveraging of new private investment in the City of Winchester
The purpose of the Business Growth Revolving Loan Fund:
- To provide market-rate gap financing to small-to-medium sized businesses in the City of Winchester;
- To encourage the retention and expansion of existing businesses and help to attract desirable new businesses; and
- Where the applicant is unable to finance fully the proposed project with equity, bank financing and other private and public financing.
The purpose of the Real Estate Development Revolving Loan Fund:
- To provide market-rate gap financing for small-to-medium sized non-residential or mixed-used real estate development;
- To put to productive use vacant or underutilized property; and
- Where the applicant is unable to finance fully the proposed project with equity, bank financing and other private and public financing.
