“Jim Barnett Park spans over 100 acres and is a beautiful resource for residents and visitors to our community,” stated Lynn Miller, Winchester Parks and Recreation Director. “Having a park cleanup day provides an opportunity for the local residents to have a direct investment in maintaining their park.”

All Park Cleanup Day participants will receive a voucher for free admission to the outdoor pool that day for the annual Splash Bash event. Splash Bash is Winchester Parks and Recreation’s annual summer kickoff event which features a DJ and lots of pool fun from 12-4 pm. The outdoor pool and concession stand will be open from 12:00-6:45 pm.
