The City of Winchester's Building Code, like all jurisdictions in the Commonwealth of Virginia is actually "The Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code" or USBC.

• Accessibility Regulations (2009: VCC Chapter 11/ANSI A-117.1-2003)
• Code of Virginia Asbestos Regulations 36-99.7, USBC 110.3
