The City of Winchester is now accepting vendor applications for the fifth season of the Old Town Farmers Market to be held on Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm, May 11-September 28, 2019. The popular market, located at the Taylor Pavilion off the Loudoun Street Mall, draws 800-1,000 people each week and is comprised of local farms, artisans and others that offer items such as vegetables, fruit, meat, cheese, soaps, handcrafted chocolates, and more. The market is always looking for new vendors and strives to offer a wide variety of locally-grown and locally-made items each week.
Seeking Vendors, Musicians and Volunteers
- Vendors – To sell local items. Cost to participate in the market is $20 per week. Parking will be provided for most vendors in the Braddock Street metered lot.
- Musicians – To provide acoustic music on the Taylor Pavilion stage at noon on market days.
- Volunteers – To assist on market days with set-up, clean-up and market operations including promotions. Volunteers must be friendly and welcoming to the public and able to answer general questions.
