Ages 7-15
A great way to get in “The Game.” All players handle the ball and are constantly engaged. Great for developing skills useful in other sports like football! Only equipment needed to play are soccer cleats and mouth guard. Travel will be necessary.
Fee: $10 to WPRD, $20 to USA Rugby, $10 to Rugby Virginia

Junior Tennis League
Ages 7-10
Great league for junior players to compete against other local players. Each player is required to provide their own racquet. One weekday practice for one hour and one match on Saturday each week. This league is co-sponsored by Frederick County Parks& Recreation and endorsed by Shenandoah Valley Tennis Association.

High School Basketball
This league is designed to prepare area teams for the Varsity and JV winter seasons. Games will be played evening. Register your boys or girls team early as space is limited in each division.
Fee: $550 per team

Challenger T-Ball (For children who are differently abled)
Ages 4-18
Structured to their abilities, this league is non-competitive and uses the “Buddy System.” All participants must have an adult (18+) with them on the field at all times. Don’t forget to bring a glove.
