Hosting an Event

The information below is for a person or organization that is looking to host an event at Jim Barnett Park or one of the City’s community parks.  The first step to hosting an event is to complete the event applications and submit to the Police Department at the Timbrook Public Safety Center a minimum of 60 days prior to your requested event date.  Once the applications have been processed by the Police Department, they will forward the applications to the Parks & Recreation Department.  At that time, you will be contacted by the Parks and Recreation Special Events Coordinator to meet and discuss your event.
