The March 12, 2009 Update of the Zoning Ordinance

The Zoning Ordinance regulates the use of land in the City based on a property's zoning designation.  The Ordinance also provides minimum standards of development for site improvments such as: parking, landscaping, signage, etc.  The following index gives general headings for information contained in each article.


The Zoning Ordinance is a fluid document that is refined and amended by City Council to keep pace with, and set standards for, new issues and forms of development as they may arise. The following index gives general headings for each amendment to the Ordinance since its  March 12, 2009 update.
