Winchester Parks and Recreation’s popular Moonlight Ball, last held in 2012, has returned in honor of Winchester’s 275th anniversary. The Moonlight Ball allows attendees to go back in time to an era when families graced the dance floor to discover more about each other, enjoy beautiful music and get lost in the ambiance of a traditional southern ball.
