- Thursday’s (11/24) trash collection is MOVED to Wednesday, November 23
- City-wide Yard Waste Collection is CANCELED on November 23
- Friday’s (11/25) trash collection will take place on the NORMAL schedule

Parade Parking
The Winchester Parking Authority is offering a flat rate of $5 (credit only) for parking in any of the four downtown garages during the parade starting at 4:30 pm. Note: Patrons will not be able to exit Braddock Autopark during the parade. There are no restrictions at the three other garages.
