Winchester DSS administers a variety of programs that help families get back on their feet. Click on any of the below programs for more information:

Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP)

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Child Care Subsidy Program
- Please note that there is currently a waiting list for the Child Care Subsidy Program. Applications are accepted and screened for initial eligibility prior to being placed on the waitlist. Families will receive additional information about the waitlist and receiving Child Care Subsidy services after application.
