The City of Winchester uses the survey results to ensure that the City’s priorities are aligned with the needs of our residents. Winchester Common Council and City of Winchester staff have used information about the perceptions and priorities of residents regarding services provided by the City of Winchester local government for goal-setting, budgeting and long-term planning purposes since 2008. The City conducts a citizen survey every three years to gather up-to-date information, determine areas in need of improvement, and benchmarking.
