Beginning September 8, 2020, City Council will resume in-person meetings at a new location. To allow for proper social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic and until further notice, all Council meetings will be held in the Jim Barnett Park Rec Center Social Hall (1001 E. Cork Street, Winchester, VA) instead of Rouss City Hall. These meetings will be open to the public to attend and masks and social distancing are required. Capacity is limited due to social distancing requirements.
Watching the Meetings
Due to the change in location, the meetings will not be live streamed on the City’s agenda portal. Instead, the meetings can be watched live on the City’s YouTube or Facebook pages.
Videos from the meetings will be uploaded for on-demand viewing to the agenda portal within 1-2 days and replayed on Comcast cable channel 6 the following Thursday at 6 pm.
