The Winchester Commissioner of the Revenue and Treasurer’s Offices are moving from Rouss City Hall to the Creamery Building (21 S. Kent Street, Winchester) this week. Both offices will be closed on Friday, March 13, 2020 for the move and will reopen to the public at the Creamery Building on Monday, March 16 (8 am-4:30 pm). A drop box for payments and other items for the Commissioner and Treasurer will be available at the new location.
The Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Services and the Commonwealth Attorney’s Offices moved from the former F&M Bank building to the Creamery Building last month. The Fire and Rescue Department moved from the Timbrook Public Safety Center to the Creamery Building in May 2019. The Creamery Building was purchased by the City in 2018 due to the need for more office space as Rouss City Hall, the Joint Judicial Center and Timbrook Public Safety Center were either at or approaching capacity.
