The Winchester Police Department (WPD) will host its annual Color with a Cop event on Tuesday, November 8 (Election Day) at two locations:
- Chick-fil-A (2230 South Pleasant Valley Road) – 8:00-9:30 am
- Apple Blossom Mall Food Court (1850 Apple Blossom Drive) – 10:00-11:30 am
Crayons and coloring sheets will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own. Schools in Winchester and Frederick County will be closed for Election Day on November 8.
