ShenArts and Old Town Winchester invited Old Town businesses to decorate their storefronts and windows for a creative holiday celebration and contest. Submit your photos of your three favorite displays (based on creativity and curb appeal) on ShenArts website by December 18. The winners will receive a People's Choice Award.
