Join us for FREE fun and food during the North End Summer Kickoff at Frederick Douglass Park (Smithfield Avenue) on Saturday, July 16 from 1-3 pm. This popular event is back thanks to help from the Winchester Area NAACP.
There will be music, face painting, games, and more. Winchester Fire and Rescue Department will be there to cool you down with an oversized sprinkler. We can't wait! See you there!
