Old Town Trick or Treat

Trick or treat at the Old Town Winchester merchants (Loudoun Street Mall). Provided by the Old Town Winchester Business Association and participating downtown merchants. 

REMINDER: The City government does not regulate trick-or-treating in Winchester. When this annual tradition takes place is determined by the city's neighborhoods and families. The City government also will not determine if trick-or-treating is canceled or rescheduled due to weather.
