New and re-elected City Councilors will be sworn in on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 beginning at 5 pm in the Rouss City Hall Council Chambers. In light of the Governor’s orders regarding group gatherings, we will be swearing in the Councilors one at a time and limiting the number of people in the room. Those interested in watching the ceremonies are asked to watch remotely via the live stream on the City’s YouTube page at https://www.youtube.com/user/CityOfWinchesterVA.
