*If you would like to host an event at Jim Barnett Park or one of the City’s community parks, complete an event application and submit to the Police Department at the Timbrook Public Safety Center a minimum of 60 days prior to your requested event date.  Once the applications have been processed by the Police Department, the application will be forwarded to the Parks & Recreation Department. You will then be contacted by the Parks and Recreation Facilities Coordinator to meet and discuss your event.
