RDF: Resident Discount Fee

What is a RDF? In recognition that City of Winchester residents support our department through their city taxes, the City offers residents a discounted fee (RDF). Non-residents will pay the regular fee for lessons, classes, and rentals.

Medicare 101 Educational Seminar

This presentation will dive into how Medicare works, what it costs, which parts you need, when to enroll to avoid a penalty, what it covers and what it doesn’t, what to do when leaving employee coverage, what plans are available, and how to get free claims support for life. The presenter Angela Brewer has 13 years of experience in all-things Medicare (including Medicare supplements, Advantage/Part C plans, prescription drug coverage, dental and vision, and helping with retirement). This meeting is educational only and won’t have individual plan details. There will be time for questions. Note: Ms. Brewer does not work for Medicare, nor is she endorsed by Medicare or any governmental agency. This presentation is free, but pre-registration is required.
