Treasurer, Commissioner of Revenue Offices to reopen

Update (1/22/21):

The City Treasurer and Commissioner of the Revenue expect to reopen their offices to the public on Monday, January 25, 2021. Normal business hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm, however, staff are available via phone and email through 5:00 pm. The drop box located outside the offices at the Creamery Building (21 S. Kent Street) are available 24/7.

We thank you for your patience during these necessary safety closures.


Due to a COVID-19 exposure among staff, the City of Winchester Treasurer and the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Offices located in the Creamery Building (21 S. Kent Street) will remain closed through Friday, January 22, 2021.

“Both Mr. Barbour and I wish to extend gratitude to our fellow citizens who have shown remarkable patience and understanding during this time,” stated Commissioner of the Revenue Ann Burkholder. “The health and wellness of our employees and community members are of utmost importance.”

Both offices will provide services online, by phone or mail, and through the drop boxes located outside the Creamery Building and Rouss City Hall.
