Real Estate Taxes Due

June 05, 2026

Real Estate taxes are assessed as of January first each year by the Commissioner of the Revenue’s office and billed semi-annually and are due on June 20 and December 5 (unless the due date falls on a weekend, then the payment will be due on the following Monday).

Day After Thanksgiving

November 27, 2026

Business Personal Property Taxes Due (2nd half)

December 05, 2026

Tangible Personal Property is everything other than real estate. It includes furniture, fixtures, tools, machinery, computers, telephone equipment leasehold improvements (e.g. signs, canopies), leased equipment, hand tools, non-licensed vehicles and trailers, and any other equipment used in a business to earn income. Application software is not subject to local personal property taxes.
