Seeking Input From Residents on Recruitment of the Next Police Chief

The City of Winchester will hold two Listening Session community meetings in December to provide residents an opportunity to share their thoughts on what the City should look for when hiring the City’s next Police Chief. The Listening Sessions will be moderated by representatives of the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police.
