Winchester’s Public Services Department is comprised of over 200 hard-working public servants who keep water flowing in and out of your home, collect your trash and recycling, take you where you want to go with public transportation, maintain City-owned facilities and grounds, manage downtown parking, keep your streets safe and clean, and oversee the City’s capital projects.
