Pickup Parties

Help keep Winchester beautiful with the City's twist on the traditional community cleanup event, Pickup Parties! Held the first Thursday of each month from April to November in neighborhood parks, green spaces, and other areas of the City, our Pickup Parties are a great way to meet neighbors while making a positive impact on your community.

Pickup Parties also help the City meet our stormwater goals, so we offer credits back on your stormwater utility fee for each Pickup Party you attend! You automatically earn a 5% credit (good for a whole year) for each event you attend. That means if you come to every Pickup Party in 2026, you can earn a 40% stormwater credit on your utility bill.
