The Civic Leadership Academy is a nine-month program, starting each fall, that provides residents an opportunity to learn first-hand about the role of local government and get an inside look at city operations. The program will offer residents an interactive learning experience at different city facilities, led by City department subject matter experts.

Spend the evening connecting with your community at your neighborhood park. This summer, the City of Winchester will host a series of Neighborhood Nights one Thursday a month from May to August.
The WIN Team will visit neighborhoods across all four City Wards to proactively address concerns before they become larger issues. This team is made up of City staff from Community Development, Public Services, Fire and Rescue, and the Winchester Police Department.
