Snowbusters

Be a neighborhood hero and join Snowbusters! Snowbusters is a new program where volunteers will be activated to help elderly or disabled neighbors keep their sidewalks clear when snowstorms hit.

Civic Leadership Academy

The Civic Leadership Academy is a nine-month program, starting each fall, that provides residents an opportunity to learn first-hand about the role of local government and get an inside look at city operations. The program will offer residents an interactive learning experience at different city facilities, led by City department subject matter experts.

Pickup Parties

Attend Pickup Parties and earn stormwater credits! Automatically earn a 5% credit for each Pickup Party you attend - if you participate in all of 2025's Pickup Parties, you can earn a 40% stormwater credit.

��️Help keep Winchester beautiful with the City's twist on the traditional Community Cleanup event.

Neighborhood Nights

Spend the evening connecting with your community at your neighborhood park. This summer, the City of Winchester will host a series of Neighborhood Nights one Thursday a month from May to August.
