The Winchester Parks & Recreation Department (WPRD) permits individuals, businesses, civic groups and other organizations to use park facilities. Each facility has its own fees, reservation schedule, rules and guidelines, and applicant responsibilities. Preview the PDF application for this information.
NOTE: Only pavilions can be rented online. All other applications must be submitted in person at the Rec Center. Payment is due at time of submission. Emailed, mailed, or faxed applications will not be accepted.

Indoor Pool Fall 2026 - Applications are now available and can be submitted at the Rec Center beginning August 1!
Meeting Rooms are not available to rent over the summer (June-August). Meeting Room and Pavilion fees increase July 1, 2026.
New for Fall 2026 - The Social Hall can be rented on Sundays (1-5PM) beginning Sunday, September 13!

In recognition that City of Winchester residents support our department through their city taxes, the City offers residents a discounted fee (RDF). Must reside in the 22601 zip code. All those outside of the 22601 zip code pay the regular Fee.
