Monday's recycling is moved to Wednesday, May 28. Tuesday's recycling will occur on schedule. City offices, the Park Rec Center, Winchester Transit, and the Courts are closed. The Outdoor Pool at Jim Barnett Park is OPEN.
The City of Winchester uses an online program called Municode to display the City Code online. Municode provides a searchable online database for ordinances and other City documents.
When viewing the Municode website for Winchester, all of the codes are listed on the left side in the menu or by clicking "Browse" under "Code of Ordinances." Then click the code on the left to view it.
