City Council approves indefinite closure of Boscawen Street

City Council unanimously approved the continued emergency closure of Boscawen Street between Indian Alley and Cameron Street last night, following the October 18 traffic accident resulting in the death of a three-year-old child at the intersection of Boscawen and Loudoun Streets on the Old Town Mall.

Fairmont Ave Road Closure

Fairmont Avenue between Commercial Street and North Avenue will be closed to accommodate work on the North Cameron Drainage Project along Wyck Street. This closure is expected to last through the end of the calendar year.
