Apply For Benefits

  1. Apply online at CommonHelp
  2. Call to apply via the Enterprise Customer Service Center at 855-635-4370 (Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm)
  3. Paper applications are available and may be submitted to Winchester Department of Social Services, 24 Baker Street, Winchester, VA 22601
