Friday, July 3: City offices, the Park Rec Center, and Courts are closed. The outdoor pool and Winchester Transit remain open. Transit is closed on Saturday.City-wide yard waste collection is canceled.
The City will begin construction at the intersection of North Pleasant Valley Road and Cork Street to install a new right-turn lane aimed at improving traffic flow and intersection operations. Construction is anticipated to begin June 1, 2026, and continue through the first week of August, weather permitting.
