Friday, July 3: City offices, the Park Rec Center, and Courts are closed. The outdoor pool and Winchester Transit remain open. Transit is closed on Saturday.City-wide yard waste collection is canceled.
The City is planning water infrastructure improvements at the end of Jefferson Street, including upgrades to two elevated storage tanks and replacement of a 1960s-era booster station to enhance system reliability and capacity.
