We want your opinion! Based on user feedback, WinReady is proposing to charge student riders ages 12-17 full fare to ride on Winchester Transit beginning July 1, 2026. Currently, all student rides are free. Under the proposal, children under 12 would continue to ride for free with a paying adult rider.
