City Manager's Week In Review Report
The City Manager publishes an online Week In Review report that details government and departmental activities that occurred the previous week. Be sure to check back each Monday for a comprehensive update.
OpenGov is the City's online budget transparency tool that allows the public to view our budget revenues and expenditures in real time and in an easy-to-understand format. Drill down to the level of detail you seek and track the City's annual budget milestones at every step.

Open Town Hall
Provide your feedback on topics provided in the City's online Open Town Hall tool.
The City's knowledgebase is an online interactive database of frequently asked questions. Use the knowledgebase to seek answers to your questions and submit questions not already in the database. After the City receives your question, an answer will be provided and then added to the knowledgebase. Access it online or on the City's mobile app.
Social media is a large part of the way the City communicates with the public. Make sure you are connected. Use our new Social Media Connect to review all the City's social media posts in one location.
Subscribe to the City's weekly electronic newsletter, CitE-News and have have current news and upcoming event information sent directly to your inbox every Friday.
Register for the City's notification system to receive emergency alerts and non-emergency messages via text, email or phone.
OPT-IN (under "Subscriptions") to receive messages for the following:
- trash and recycling collection changes due to holidays or weather
- snow plan activation or deactivation
- scheduled road closures
- City government facility closures
- WinTran route schedule changes
- weather alerts from the national weather service
Don't miss the City's publiCITY show hosted by Barry Lee. This news show features current projects, City services and other important information you need to know. Episodes are posted monthly.
The Rouss Review is the City's podcast posted every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 5 pm on iTunes, SoundCloud and the City's website. Host Barry Lee of 92.5 WINC FM will provide the Council BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front recap of that week's Council meetings) and talk with a special guest about a relevant topic. Other possible segments include Job Talk, Now U Know, Winchester 101, and upcoming events and activities.

The City organizes all City Council meeting agendas (with supporting documentation) and meeting minutes in one location on the website. COMING SOON: Agendas and minutes for all Winchester board and commission meetings and historical information will be added to this site.

Real Estate Assessment Search
Search this real estate assessment database for information about real estate located within city limits.
Every year the City publishes informational reports and guides to help keep the community informed. Publications include: annual reports, an informational calendar, citizen's guide to the budget, program guides, destination guides and more.
Cable Channel 6
The City maintains a community access channel, Comcast cable channel 6, as another communication tool. Current news, updates, events, videos, Council meeting agendas, closures, cancelations and more.
Public Records (FOIA) Request
To submit a request to view or receive a copy of a public record, please visit the City's FOIA request portal. This online program will allow requestors to submit and track requests for public records after creating an account. Requests are also accepted via phone, email, fax, mail or in-person.
