This project enhances traffic flow, pedestrian and bicycle safety, and underground utilities in the North Downtown District through lane reconfiguration, bike lanes, safer intersections, signal upgrades, and water, sewer, stormwater, and utility improvements to support safe, efficient growth.

Traffic Impact

This project supports North Downtown District revitalization by improving transportation and infrastructure to accommodate smart, focused growth. While traffic impacts are expected, roads will remain open. Completed improvements will enhance traffic flow, pedestrian and bicycle safety, infrastructure reliability, and corridor aesthetics.
