Winchester Integrated Neighborhood Team

We're excited to launch a new program, City-wide, called WIN Team (Winchester Integrated Neighborhood Team). Our new City Strategic Plan prioritizes our high quality of life in Winchester, and we are committed to working with residents to keep our community clean, safe, and beautiful. This team is made up of City staff from Community Development, Public Services, Fire and Rescue, and the Winchester Police Department.

The WIN Team will visit neighborhoods across all four City Wards to proactively address concerns before they become larger issues. As the team kicks off, we'll post updates on our website, social media, and in WinConnect email updates so you can stay connected.
