2026 Holiday Parade Applications Open

It's time to start planning for one of Winchester's favorite holiday traditions! Applications are now being accepted for participants in this year's Holiday Parade.

We invite businesses, community organizations, schools, churches, marching bands, performance groups, clubs, and festive floats to join us in spreading holiday cheer throughout downtown Winchester. Whether you're returning or participating for the first time, we'd love to have you be part of this magical community celebration!

Applications are available now and must be submitted by Monday, November 2, at 12:00 p.m.

The Holiday Parade will be on Monday, November 30 at 7:00 p.m., followed by the traditional Tree Lighting.

Completed applications must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. (noon) on November 2 to be considered. Applications received after the deadline on November 2 are subject to a late fee of $10 added to the $15 entry fee. Consideration of late applications is not guaranteed. Any application received after 12 p.m. on November 9 will not be considered.
