Review and give feedback on the proposed improvements for Boscawen Street at the Old Town Pedestrian Mall

City Council recently voted to permanently close Boscawen Street to vehicular traffic at its crossing with the Old Town Pedestrian Mall, allowing the City to move forward with long-term pedestrian mall enhancements. The City of Winchester will begin construction on this project in January 2027. Improvements coming as a part of this project include storm drainage infrastructure, accessibility upgrades, and streetscape improvements.

The City is hosting this open house to allow interested residents, property owners, and businesses the opportunity to review the proposed improvements and provide feedback. This is an informal event, so please feel free to come anytime between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
