City Offices Closing Early March 16 2026

City offices will close early at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16, due to anticipated severe weather. 

This early closure includes all indoor and outdoor Parks and Recreation activities. Any trash and recycling not collected by this time will be collected on Tuesday. 

Winchester Transit services will stop at 3:00 p.m. If you have questions about a scheduled ride, please call the transit office at (540) 667-2230.
