It has come to our attention that a scammer pretending to be from the Winchester Planning & Zoning Commission (which does not exist) has emailed property owners who have or recently had Community Development applications before the BAR, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, City Council, etc., asking them to pay an invoice for a "compensation fee" via wire transfer.
