Yard waste collection has been canceled for Friday, December 5. WinReady service will begin at 10:00 a.m., and the Loop Route will run on schedule on Friday, December 5.

Due to the forecasted ice coming in overnight, all City offices and Winchester Transit will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Trash collection will still occur but with a delayed start.
The Park Rec Center will be closing at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
