City offices, the Jim Barnett Park Rec Center, and the Joint Judicial Center will be closed. City-wide, trash and recycling will be collected one day later than usual. Due to the forecasted ice coming in overnight, all City offices and Winchester Transit will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Trash collection will still occur but with a delayed start.
The Park Rec Center will be closing at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
