Winter Weather Updates January 6

Tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7, all City offices and services, including Parks and Recreation and Winchester Transit, will be closed, and recycling pickup will be canceled. The Planning Committee Works Session scheduled for tomorrow is also canceled, and tomorrow’s Finance Committee meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.

According to the latest weather forecast, the City can expect several additional inches of snow this evening and low temperatures throughout the week.

Everyone is STRONGLY encouraged to avoid unnecessary travel as the mixture of snow and low temperatures will create hazardous conditions on the roads.
