The Jaycee Pavilion is one of four small pavilions that can host up to 25 people. It is located along War Memorial Drive in Jim Barnett Park.

Pavilion amenities include picnic tables, open space, charcoal grill, electricity, and water spigot.

The Jaycee Pavilion is popular due to its proximity to athletic fields, wooded surroundings, and the Outdoor Pool.
