The Kiwanis 1 Pavilion is one of three large pavilions that can host up to 100 people. It is located along Oak Drive in Jim Barnett Park. It is ADA accessible.

Pavilion amenities include parking, fireplace, serving tables, picnic tables, open space, charcoal grill, electricity, water spigot, and small playground.

The Kiwanis 1 Pavilion is popular due to its wooded surroundings, open area, parking, privacy, and playground.
