The Commissioner of the Revenue & Treasurer will be closed on Friday, April 10, for a software conversion. Taxpayers can access forms through the online Portal and our website. We appreciate your patience as we upgrade to better serve our citizens.

On April 7, starting at 11:30 PM, the Online Tax Portal will be unavailable for several days due to software conversion.

Boscawen Street Improvements Open House

City Council recently voted to permanently close Boscawen Street to vehicular traffic at its crossing with the Old Town Pedestrian Mall, allowing the City to move forward with long-term pedestrian mall enhancements. The City of Winchester will begin construction on this project in January 2027.
